#Wintering_Together in the room of intellectual martial arts?

After all, we have a wrestling marathon, which means that volunteers should be ready to enter the fight. But there is no need to worry about their health, because this is a sparring argument.

Yesterday, the second meeting of our benefactors took place with Dmytro Lyakhovetskyi - an expert in effective negotiations, public speaking, management duels and a member of the friendly Rotary Club "Kharkiv Multinational".

The goal: to play "Management duels" or enter into an intellectual, public confrontation and show your oratorical skills in solving a given conflict management situation. Unbelievably, in 30 minutes of the game, participants experience and understand events that in real life last for months or years.

Management duels harden the character. Even those volunteers who believed that life had already made them steely and reasoned-through, emphasized many points for themselves. For example, they saw how colleagues remain "positive heroes". No offense. No fight. Based on the arguments themselves.

The feedback of one of the players confirms this: "Today, when I was in the role of a spectator, I had time to take notes and heard more about the sides of the conflict. I advise everyone to try to take part in the training, at least as a spectator. You will get involved there."
