#Wintering_Together in the dance room?

Classes in ballroom choreography are ongoing at the Kredo Studio - Ballroom Dance Studio in Kyiv and Kharkiv for volunteers of Rotary HUB.

According to Anastasia Lobaryova - one of the organizers of the "We Winter Together" marathon - this week the volunteers learned a dance from the Latin American program - an expressive cha-cha-cha.

A small area is required to perform the choreography, because the dance is characterized by minimal movement around the hall. This means that the number of places in the group is not strictly limited, which means that our dance ranks will grow in the near future. And due to the fact that the dancers actually move in one place, there is maximum concentration on behavior and mood (both your own and that of your partner).

To be honest, dancing is our tactical tool, which we use to bring volunteers back to the stability zone, or OK zone. That is, to a state when they are able to cope with their own worries and have the strength to fight the worries of others. In a state where they are able to make informed decisions, because the feeling of control over the situation has returned to them.

And it seems that benefactors like musical breathing exercises taught by coach Stanislav Kuprichenkov more than those recommended by psychologists at their sessions.
