Today, 90% of club members are involved in all projects of our Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level".

Our activities are 8 different projects.

9 special committees that were established during the war and completely closed all functions in our system of humanitarian aid to the city of Kharkiv.
The management core of 23 people (Rotarians of our club), more than 100 people are actively involved in business processes, the number of counterparties of partners (only volunteer teams and organizations) to whom we distribute more than 300, the number of people covered by humanitarian aid up to UAH 50,000.

By March 30, 378 tons of humanitarian aid had been received at the HUB
A new employee has been added who will update 2 lists of contractors. Maintain a report in Excel spreadsheets. And make photo reports for the content of the reception and shipment of humanitarian aid to our site.

The chicken was distributed under "0", everyone is satisfied, full and grateful to TM "Nasha Ryaba". Another 15 tons feed another 7,500+ Kharkiv residents. And so each of the 36 days of work of our humanitarian Hub.

The glazing project is working successfully! We helped 17 city hospitals. The total amount of materials required for this and the work that was provided is UAH 103,500 (at peacetime rates). We did it at the expense of our own and donor funds.

Our help team Three Kharkiv maternity hospitals were put into operation at once. Take turns closing the broken windows. Be sure to talk about it.
Our President Gennady Ivanov is actively cooperating with district 2232. Today, thanks to his active work, we have received UAH 80,000. This is a partial reimbursement of transport costs for three trucks that brought humanitarian aid to the HUB.

UAH 250,000 was allocated to district 2232 for the purchase of cereals and pasta. We are looking for suppliers and submit invoices for payment.

Meet, this is another of our teammates involved in the work of our club! Serhiy found contact with a Rotarian from Slovakia. I met him and told him about our projects. Interested in the project "Clean Water". Children are ready to give us cool water purification systems. We are negotiating!
‍ Serhiy Babokalo was also looking for fire hoses. It was not easy to do, because the only production in Ukraine was in Mariupol. A week later - found! This is a victory! Fire hoses, consumables which are in dire need of fire departments! For the purchase of 55 pieces, they issued an invoice for UAH 70,000.
The first partners have already responded. RK Cherkasy International and Rotarian Marina Guryanova are ready to help with payment.
Inside the club, everyone does what they can. Ksenia Spiridonova will hold an online stream on April 2 on the treatment of complex dental diseases, all the money raised will also go to purchase products for our humanitarian HUB.
