The situation is vitaminization!

From late autumn to early spring, viruses will try to "stick" to us and stay inside the body longer. In winter, we lack trace elements because the winter diet is much poorer than the summer diet. And because of the war, even in the summer, Ukrainians did not receive a sufficient amount of biologically active components from food.

290 days we live in the worst of the worst stressful situations. And there is nothing permanent in it. In the conditions of war, the change of seasons requires a new adaptation: at the front and in the rear. In the AFU - a counter-offensive operation, and in Rotary HUB - vitaminization.

As part of the #Wintering_Together project, with the assistance of partners from the Kviten Association, a "vitamin shelf" was set up. On top we have ginger-lemon tea + honey, and on the bottom - mandarins.

Tea consisting of these three components is a powerful vitamin-warming drink, and also preserves the health of the heart and is useful for the brain.

Whereas eating seasonal fruits has its advantages. First, it is a guarantee of obtaining vitamins in their natural form, in a complex with substances necessary for assimilation. Secondly, vitamins in food products are absorbed completely and gradually, as the food is digested. Thirdly, plant food activates intestinal activity, which in itself is important for a healthy life. Volunteers of Rotary HUB extract vitamin C from tangerines.

So, let's summarize: on the weekend, the situation is vitaminization, and on Monday: volunteering!
