Nationwide Ukrainian Rotary Center: all service Direction under the same roof!

The main victory of the week, or the current month (as you prefer) is a meeting with Myron Ughryn - Governor of District 2232 of Rotary in Ukraine, at which our club presented a project on the creation of the Nationwide Ukrainian Rotary Center.

Our goal is to create a platform for the collective construction of a conscious civil society. Where civic organizations, volunteers, local communities can unite their efforts and together build a better future for Ukraine.

We have designed locations for all areas of service at the Rotary Center:
1️⃣ Peace promotion and conflict prevention
2️⃣ Fight against diseases, careful attitude to health
3️⃣ Protection of motherhood and childhood
4️⃣ Ensuring hygiene and access to clean drinking water
5️⃣ Support for education, literacy training
6️⃣ Development of the local economy, economic growth and community development
7️⃣ Support of ecology, care for the environment

Convinced that the institution can become the heart of Rotary for all of Ukraine, we presented the project to the Rotary public - the governor and representatives of 13 Kharkiv Rotary clubs.

The result is delight, admiration and the desire to realize all this.

And thanks to the fact that the project was liked, the governor's bowling tournament was held the next day, which was organized by members of the Kharkiv Rotary Club "Kharkiv City". During the event, 21,000 UAH were collected - this is the first contribution from third-party Rotary clubs to the development of our Nationwide Ukrainian Rotary Center.
