Give milk? Yes, this is our skill!

There is not much food. And if these are fermented milk products, then even more so.

The meaning of this action was that, from our generous hands, we gave 132 liters of pasteurized, Polish 3.2% milk to volunteers from the Military.kitchen organization.

"Military Kitchen" is a union of all those who care, who daily support Kharkiv residents, volunteers, hospitals and soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the National Guard. The main work of the foundation is to feed people, and people who help other people.

Thus, milk is the only product of our diet that provides the most valuable proteins, a set of vitamins, micro- and macroelements, fats with a perfectly balanced composition, containing unique ingredients that have a complex health-improving effect on the entire human body, including: on the immune system system Over millions of years of evolution, the enzyme systems of the human gastrointestinal tract have "adapted" to individual components of milk, so they are absorbed by almost 100%.

We hope that our handout will be useful to volunteers and will strengthen their assistance to the final beneficiaries.
