No, these are not our daughters. And not even little sons. Only sisters and brothers, but we are no less proud of them.

This is what we say about the members of our satellite club Rotary Club Pyvden' New Level.

A satellite club (one that operates as part of something bigger) is a concept that was developed to expand the Rotary community. That is, the local club recruits a small group of responsible people, sponsors, provides advice and support for charitable activities and gradually EDUCATES THE NEW CLUB. When membership reaches 20 or more, a meeting is held and a decision is made whether to remain a satellite or become an independent Rotary club.

At the moment, Rotary Club Pyvden' New Level is 16 Ukrainians who have created their humanitarian headquarters on the shores of the Black Sea, in the city of Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, from where they provide assistance to civilians and military.

And just yesterday, the president of the club Olena Gavva reported on the successful implementation of the charity work. Together with members of Rotary Club Ukraine Unity, Rotary Club Lviv, Rotary Club Lviv International, as well as other Rotarians of the ARL group, they GAVE GERMAN FILTERS FOR WATER PURIFICATION to kindergartens in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi. After all, clean water for children is the key to the health of the nation in the future.
