On the damaged roof, we succeed!

The volunteers of the Kharkiv rehabilitation and construction battalion Dobrobat have a new location - the village of Ruski Tyshki.

The village of Ruski Tyshki lies north of Kharkiv. It is 9 km to the city, and 18 to the border with the Russian Federation. Such a geographical position determined the fate of the settlement from the first hours of the full-scale invasion - for several months to be a Russian bridgehead for shelling Kharkiv.

In the end, the village was de-occupied, but it did not make life any easier. According to the head of the community, 90% of the housing was damaged. 50% cannot be restored, and the rest have no windows, doors, or roofs.

Well, you know our rule - if we can do something, we will definitely help.
Therefore, on May 11, the well-wishers of the Kharkiv construction site continued the dismantling of the second floor of the dilapidated house of an elderly couple in the village of Ruski Tyshki.

Seven volunteers went to the facility, dismantled the remains of the walls so that the owners could restore the first floor and be able to return to their native home, and also cleared the rooms of construction debris.
