Winter is over, but there will be another!

And more, more, more... You and I have a lot of cold seasons ahead of us. Do you think we are ready for them?

For example, Valery Hnatiuk, an expert on housing and communal services issues, believes that the state passed the 2022-2023 heating season decently, but we must also think about the fate of the next one. It is worth reminding that a moratorium has been introduced in the country on the increase of almost all utility tariffs, and the tariffs for heating have been restrained for the third winter in a row. It is also forbidden to collect fines and penalties for non-payment of utilities. But even this does not help to solve the problem of debts for communal services, because the financial condition of a significant number of Ukrainians has significantly worsened.

Is it necessary to say what state the domestic utility sector is in now, which has been working at a loss all the time? According to deputy Oleksiy Kucherenko, problems with repairs and wear and tear of networks and boilers are currently accumulating in the field of heat generation, i.e., heating systems will only deteriorate every year.

That is why, with the arrival of spring, the team of Rotary HUB did not stop its project #We_heat_Ukraine_in_a_crowd_hour. We continued to sew and issue blankets adapted to wartime conditions. Because there will be a need for blankets as long as people live in the region. So, the other day, along with food packages, "warm help" was handed over to the residents of Shevchenkovo.
