#TOGETHER in the sports room

The war definitely affected all spheres of our nation's life, and Ukrainian sports were no exception. Experiencing far from the best times in recent years, the war completely stopped all kinds of sports dynamics in the country. Someone stopped the training process due to stress, someone went abroad and began to develop Western sports, and someone went to the front to protect the horizon.

We believe that the sports base should be replenished with new names.

To do this, as part of the marathon of support for the "Together" volunteers, together with the Youth Council of Kharkiv, we held a mini-basketball tournament among philanthropist boys. From the first days, they voluntarily joined the volunteer movement and agreed to unload trucks, pack products, and dismantle debris 24/7. Therefore, they definitely deserved to leave the ball in the basket for at least an hour.

The competition was held in the legendary hall. Players of the BC Polytechnic Kharkov basketball club train in these walls - the only team that has participated in all Ukrainian basketball championships over the years of its existence.

Sports activity and a return to the leisure of a peaceful life are very necessary to stabilize the volunteer's mental state. We are proud of ourselves for holding professional competitions despite the Russian attack!
