"Don't be afraid, stay, try to win with your word." Under this slogan, Dmytro Lyakhovetskyi held a "Management duels" training for volunteers of Rotary HUB yesterday.
Once a week, boys and girls practice the basics of communication skills, that is, the art of verbal combat. They study modern techniques and methods of effective influence, develop a lot of effective and creative combinations, schemes, examples of how to emerge victorious from a conflict situation.
What is the uniqueness of these meetings?
1. The trainer is Mr. Dmytro, a well-known business coach, a licensed psychologist who specializes in public speaking, negotiations, and presentations. The author of many programs on business communications, conflict studies, and psychology.
2. System of equipment. Not "bulky" exercises that cause mush in the head, but a set of tools in a single system with clear psychological foundations. Each participant understands where, when and what technique to use.
3. A communication skills training program adapted to our realities. Here, volunteers learn to think on a vital, situational level, for an instant, victorious reaction. They play games that people play from time to time.
4. Regularity of classes. As in any other business, discipline is required here. Mastery of the word is not a matter of chance.
5. Sparring-pointing. Verbal ping pong. Stress interview. One on one. Two by two. One against all. All against one. But in every played out argument there is time for collective discussion of mistakes. Because someone can better understand life, and someone can understand another person. Each and every one expresses himself here.
If you are a volunteer and want to express your power of speech, we invite you. The training takes place in a comfortable office, the doors of which were opened for us by partners from the Myrnenebo foundation.
Girls, you also come, because for effective negotiations, it is not enough to wear heels.
