According to the plan of the "Together" support marathon, volunteers of the Rotary HUB attended the "Management duels" training yesterday. The class was conducted by the unique and unique coach Dmytro Lyakhovetsky from the Rotary Club "Kharkiv Multinational" in the unchanged space of ME AND MY SCHOOL.

Dmytro changes the topic every week, but the conflict still remains a conflict. Each time, volunteers become participants in crisis situations (at work, at home, in a store, in a restaurant, etc.) and learn to use their own arsenal of verbal "weapons" - from deflections and easy parrying to more persistent, psychological pressure (if appropriate).

Anger is a dangerous thing, it darkens the mind and makes you do stupid things. Therefore, in verbal sparring, as in boxing, the more balanced, flexible and technical one wins.

And although we do not know exactly what the conflict was between Volodymyr Pogodaev and Anastasia Lobareva, but in the photo they joyfully shake hands.

P.S.: if the dispute is over, maybe Volodya and Nastya are forming a team to carry out some secret business? Interesting.
