The settlers will not be left alone!

The population of Kharkiv region as of 2021 was 2.6 million people. Because of the war, 1.5 million residents left. BUT, according to the director of the Department of Social Protection of the Population, Yury Shparaga ‼️about 400,000 people have moved within Kharkiv Oblast‼️

Russian Federation "took away forever" 900 apartment buildings. Hundreds of floors are in a state of emergency. The situation in communities is no less tragic: every third house is uninhabitable.

The authorities of the city and more peaceful villages facilitate the resettlement of the affected residents of Kharkiv, in particular in dormitories, sports halls, schools, and kindergartens. Whereas the volunteers and partners of the Rotary HUB are DETERMINED TO PROVIDE IDPs WITH HUMANITARIAN CARE.

Anna Zhvan-Zhvanska, a representative of the Charitable Fund "Common Cause Kharkiv" visited us yesterday. She came from the village of Vysoky, because she knows how POWERFUL ROTARY PROJECTS can be when HUB benefits within the framework of the agreement.

Therefore, we handed over HYGIENE KITS (gel, shampoo, liquid soap, and other products) to the displaced persons who are helped by Anna.

We remember that we are all Ukrainians, regardless of the place of registration in the passport. For each of us, Ukraine is our native country. That is why we help to adapt and provide displaced people with a familiar life in a temporary home!
