This is the twentieth speech of thanks for the "Finnish Stove" project!

While the imitation of spring is outside the window, "Finnish stove" is still a relevant promotion for Kharkiv residents.

According to the head of the energy committee of BP Gerus, the end of the heating season will begin next week. BUT the fact is that in some households in the Kharkiv region there is nothing to turn off. This will be confirmed by Rotary HUB volunteers, who since January of this year have been helping dozens of people heat their homes with an alternative source of heating.

We mean the issuance and installation of a stove. Such a stove has a lot of advantages, the most important of which is economy, because it works perfectly on any kind of firewood, sawdust, chips, pellets, the main thing is that they are dry enough. It is also characterized by high efficiency: it heats up slowly, but retains heat for a long time. In addition, the unit can be easily transported. For example, to the yard for cooking (very convenient, because the picnic season is just around the corner).

It is quite obvious that the use of the stove requires compliance with some safety rules to prevent possible fires and other troubles. Here we will do without repeating the recommendations, but be sure that the hosts are instructed and this is the merit of the donors.

Omri ry - Pro Ukraina is a charity association from Finland, whose volunteers sent us 648 stoves and placed instructions, matches and dry alcohol for kindling inside each one. We took these photos as proof that we didn't lose anything and survived the wartime winter. Thank you for being with us!
