Charity swallows flew to the children of Northern Saltivka!

Due to the enormous scale of destruction, Northern Saltivka is now called a dead district, or a dead city - 70% of the buildings here are damaged or destroyed. The most destroyed houses are near the ring road. This area was the closest to the zone of direct fire.

In the spring of 2022, these houses, with empty windows and blackened walls, looked like burned-out beehives. Now Northern Saltivka rather resembles a birdhouse - the windows of high-rise buildings are covered with plywood and wooden boards. But how many people are inside, you can count on the days of distribution of humanitarian aid.

Since the first days of the war, the Rotary HUB team has been patronizing Saltivka and keeping records of the locals. For example, volunteer No. 165 - Artem Chernyaev - works in the 602nd microdistrict.

This week, with joint efforts, we distributed multivitamins to local boys and girls. The supplement complex is called Multi-tabs and is designed for 90 days, that is, for the entire spring season. The vitamins included in the composition help restore appetite, normalize sleep, reduce excitability of the nervous system, and strengthen immunity.

We thank the Finns from the Rotary club Lahti-Wesijärvi Rotaryklubi for the biologically active supplements. We appreciate very much that active member Eila Parviainen took personal control over the well-being and health of the children of Kharkiv.
