And we prepared such a hall for our volunteers as part of the marathon fight against burnout "Wintering Together". Here, the benefactors were met by Dmytro Lyakhovetskii, an expert in effective negotiations, public speaking, management duels and a member of the friendly Rotary Club "Kharkiv Multinational".

He met and told about such a concept as "ladder mind". This is when you communicate about some serious matters without preparing for "surprises" such as provocations and manipulations. And that's why when a peaceful discussion is gradually filled with tension, and communication resembles a duel, you, despite your education and talents, are embarrassed, lost and silent. And when you come to your senses later, "going down the stairs" you invent many ways to answer. But it's late.

In order to prevent our volunteers from falling into such situations, Dmytro conducted a "Management duels" training, or an intellectual, public confrontation, where the participants had to show their oratorical skills in solving a given conflict management situation.

This game technology teaches to maintain relationships, not to conflict with people in vain, to respect and understand the position of the other party, to practice professional, communication and management skills, and at the same time to successfully fight for the capture and retention of management.

In the conditions of war, life depends on the ability to quickly and accurately respond to provocation and manipulation. Let's learn to attack, reasoned attack!
