And this is our survival strategy in the conditions of the military winter. Because the worst thing we could imagine now (besides the constant threat of death) is despair caused by burnout. To believe that this rocket hell will never end, and life will fly away without realizing the dream.

Stop. Stop sculpting a toxic ball of thoughts - rather "let yourself go" in a classical dance.

And the volunteers of Rotary HUB do this every Friday. Our benefactors visit the Kredo dance school - Ballroom Dance Studio in Kyiv and Kharkiv, where Stanislav Kuprichenkov teaches the art of ballroom dancing to everyone.

Ballroom choreography, particularly the waltz, is an ideal combination of physical activity, social interaction, and mental stimulation.

So, yesterday again pleasant changes took place in the body of Rotarians:
- the respiratory system developed, the general state of health increased
- musical ear developed
- the prevention of complexes has begun
- developed willpower, confidence, self-control
- continued improvement of posture and plasticity

The idea is great! And what a professional embodiment: Serhiy Ivaglo, Volodymyr Pogodaev, Anna Zhivotchenko - one, two, three, one, two, three... We sincerely thank Stanislav and the Kredo studio for a pleasant time!
