There was no news from these children!

The children sat quietly in the Bogoduhiv boarding school and tried to forget how Russian shells detonated. How rocket fragments kill the neighbor's dog Manya. How a native village is turned into a wasteland. And one question arises: can a schoolboy think about something else when dad is fighting, mom is watching, grandpa is thinking, grandma is counting?

Thousands of children cannot forget the war, because it lasts 326 days. But we, the adults, must help boys and girls overcome their "fixation", recreate the usual, peaceful way of life where there were games, face-to-face communication with peers, active leisure and gifts just like that.

We started with the last one. Our active volunteer Volodymyr Bezymyanov volunteered to provide the presentations. During the conversation with the director of the boarding school, he found out the number of children with the status of IDPs, who were sheltered by the communal institution, with the aim of providing sweet help: sweets, cookies, marmalade, etc.

Volodymyr's initiative was supported by girls from our satellite club Rotary Satellite Club Kharkiv "New Level Universe", in particular Maryna Gruzkova and Olena Postupna. In the end, this Rotary trio also presented the children with soft toys.

We will be next to little hearts. To smile, not to be afraid, to compete with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Glory to Ukraine!
