Victory is brought closer not by the hand of the clock, but by our actions!

For example, today two women from Dergachy and Artyukhivka came to the Rotary HUB. They brought a dozen warm, strong and high socks, which were knitted by representatives of the local "sock battalion".

The "wool group" includes mostly grandmothers. These are women who refuse to be photographed, do not want to advertise their merits, not considering them as such at all, and prefer to remain "in the shadows". They are not used to demonstrative displays of feelings. That's probably right.

But it is impossible and not fair to underestimate the contribution of some and exaggerate the contribution of others, to measure aid in collected sums or things. Real Ukrainian men and women could not, cannot and will not sit and wait. Despite all the sad news, we will create in order to rejoice later.

Ukraine depends on people like these women. They got together and organized themselves without further words. As the people say, "quietly" but they do a great deal. They take on what they can best help with. They found their niche and knit, knit, knit...

Warm feet - death to enemies!
