In Bakhmut, the Russian Federation returns to the tactics of a barrage of fire. However, the occupiers are not successful, because the Armed Forces of Ukraine use military tricks, luring the enemy into fire traps. The Ukrainian defense of the direction is a strategically based operation, and the morale of our fighters is as strong as possible.

And their morale is at a high level, because the Rotary HUB team does not rest and supplies the Cossacks with things. In particular, warm blankets that we sew as part of the project #We_heat_Ukraine_in_a_crowd_hour. Rotarians from Canada helped us put the production on stream. Thanks to their financial support, more than 2,700 tactical blankets have already been sewn, which warm Ukrainians in the rear and at the front.

But there, across the ocean, they want to play not only the body, but also the soul of a soldier. Therefore, on the eve of the New Year holidays, the project "Christmas Card to the Front for the Ukrainian Soldier" got confused. The idea belongs to our teammate Olga Yalovenko, who currently lives in the Canadian town of Carlton Place. With the support of regional television and radio, the project collected 676 postcards in one week. Cards were written by children, adults and senior citizens from Carlton Place, Smiths Falls, Arnprior and the Ottawa Valley region.

For now, we continue to put these greeting and motivational cards in the packages that go on to the front line. We send words of gratitude to the Canadian people from the guys who are holding the defense!
