Due to the change of place of residence, there are interruptions in nutrition!

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) estimates that almost 6.5 million Ukrainians have become internally displaced persons (IDPs) as a direct result of the war. These people ran away and saved children, leaving everything they had worked hard for all their lives, and someone's homes were completely razed to the ground.

In addition to general stress, during migration (even internal - the effect is the same), a person receives an additional trauma, because he is forced to FALL INTO AN UNTYPICAL ENVIRONMENT for which he is not morally ready.

The communities of Kharkiv region, where it is more or less calm, have accepted people and are trying to provide everything necessary. But the lack of jobs, chaotic shelling, disrupted logistics hubs make life unbearable for both locals and visitors. In order to help STABILIZE and BALANCE DEMAND with SUPPLY, Rotary HUB supported the Zachepiliv community.

According to the data of the Zachepylyvskyi National Health Center, the population of "especially vulnerable groups" has increased: women who breastfeed and those who raise minor children, the elderly, people with disabilities, and people with chronic diseases. Their most urgent needs can be described as follows: access to food, medicine, medical services and financial resources.

We consider food rations from the UN (World Food Program) to be the best option for assistance. 1 box weighs 12.5 kg and consists of: 8 cans of canned meat, 1 bottle of oil, 1 can of canned beans, 6 packs of pasta, 5 bags of flour. We issue fresh bread separately.
