And we have prepared such a hall for our volunteers as part of the marathon fight against burnout "Wintering Together".

The intellectual struggle should be understood as the "Management duels" training, which allows you to effectively improve your personal management art.

To avoid a fuss, we invited a well-known person. Dmytro Lyakhovetsky, an expert in effective negotiations, public speaking and a member of the Rotary Club "Kharkiv Multinational", was chosen as the coach of the game.

During the hour, Dmytro analyzed the verbal, paraverbal and non-verbal behavior of each participant, analyzed the used strategies, tactics, techniques of each opponent, identified effective and unsuccessful patterns of behavior.

One of the features of management struggle is the ability to take on a role, because "a role is much stronger than a person." A role is a concentration of social stereotypes and experiences. And each of the roles during the match teaches something.

The 349th day of the war has begun. The day we plan to spend as a warrior. We are grateful to Dmytro for the development of communication skills and to the educational space ME AND MY SCHOOL for the constant meeting place!
