#Wintering_Together in the room of psychological support?

Yesterday, the second girl's evening by the fireplace took place together with Olga Markina - a practical psychologist, a trainer in conflict-free communication, an expert in building neural connections using the CARE system.

The topic of the meeting: goals, dreams and compliments in the conditions of martial law.

According to Anastasia Lobaryova, one of the organizers of the "Wintering together" marathon, in two hours the girls managed:

- talk about meanings, values and meaninglessness during the war;
- learn more about self-care and people who teach and help others;
- discuss whether laughter and joy are appropriate now;
- restore energy;
- make a "resource backpack" in which joy, love, desire for development and integrity have been put.

And as Dovzhenko said: "When two people look into a puddle, one sees the swamp, and the other sees the stars." We are beyond the stars.
