#Wintering_Together in the room of intellectual martial arts?

Yesterday another game of "Management duels" took place, which was moderated by Dmytro Lyakhovetskyi - an expert in effective negotiations, public speaking and a member of the friendly Rotary Club "Kharkiv Multinational".

Dmytro tried to retrain the volunteers to succumb to the tricks of the "ladder mind". This is when you communicate about some serious matters without preparing for "surprises" such as provocations and manipulations. And that's why when a peaceful discussion is gradually filled with tension, and communication resembles a duel, you, despite your education and talents, are embarrassed, lost and silent. And when you come to your senses later, "going down the stairs" you invent many ways to answer. But it's late.

To prevent our volunteers from getting into such situations, Dmytro conducted a training session during which the participants had to demonstrate their oratorical skills in solving given conflict situations. This week they were about business, namely the relationship between employees and partners.

Our benefactors attend classes regularly, they do not conflict in vain, because they fight with the right words.
