Kharkiv holds on, Kharkiv is released!

the Russians wanted to capture Kharkiv back in 2014 - then they organized pro-Russian rallies, tried to occupy the regional state administration and beat Euromaidans.

After 8 years, on February 24, 2022, they came again and received a full-scale rejection. We are aware that they have always had a problem with the opinion of the Ukrainian people. But the last 366 days we see - Russian soldiers do not care about military prowess.

The enemy brazenly violates the customs and rules of war. For a year, the invaders shelled, bombed, and mined peaceful towns and villages, objects of critical, cultural, and transport infrastructure. They torture, rape, rob, and kill the civilian population. And most importantly, they are provoking the emergence of a humanitarian crisis.

The number of challenges that Ukraine experienced during this war year cannot be counted. But we can confidently say for ourselves and for Kharkiv: Rotarians from Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" lived for 366 days in the format of "write, call, present, run, get, go, distribute, report."

For their patriotism, high public awareness, significant contribution to the development of the volunteer movement of Kharkiv - club president Pavlo Filippenko and Serhii Ivaglo - head of the humanitarian Rotary HUB - received personal thanks from the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration - Oleg Sinegubov.

The reinforced concrete city will arrange a full-scale funeral for the occupiers!
