Vitamins for the health of the child!

This post is about children. About various children of the city of Kharkiv. Boys and girls who go to taekwondo classes with coach Ruslan. They are not similar in appearance and age, desires and upbringing, parents and friends. There are many differences. Identity is one. All of them are children of war.

Studies have shown that even in peaceful, calm conditions for children's psyche, in the winter period, CHILDREN have a LACK OF VITAMINS: C - in 8%, A - in 15%, E - in 15%, D - in 17%, group B - in up to 65%. And now, when the war has been going on for almost a year, life is full of shelling, air raids, fan shutdowns, hypovitaminosis is a diagnosis, but NOT a SENTENCE.

There is an opinion that artificial vitamin formulas are not effective enough. The main arguments of the opponents of reception are low digestibility, toxicity for the liver or in general uselessness. This is not entirely true - high-quality supplements can bring a lot of benefits to the body, and their correct use will prevent the negative consequences of war. The main thing is to follow the dosage.

From fellow Rotarians from the Finnish club Lahti-Wesijärvi Rotaryklubi, Rotary HUB received several pallets with vitamins. This is a 30-day mineral-vitamin complex that will definitely support the children's nervous system, and will also help recover after physical exertion and promote muscle growth.

Our team thanks the Finns for vitamins! We "treat" children from emotional upheavals and together we "treat" them with their ringing laughter!
