The situation is vitaminization!

Vitamins play a crucial role in the development of children, starting from the moment of conception. They ensure the healthy functioning of the immune system and harmoniously develop the body.

Vitamins are found in various foods. And in theory, a balanced, varied diet that includes plenty of fruits and vegetables should provide the body with a sufficient amount of these nutrients.

BUT during the war, not all parents are able to organize their children's nutrition, so that they receive all the necessary trace elements from food. As volunteers, we know firsthand about the "bias towards" stew, rice and pasta. Therefore, they considered and organized vitamin support for the military diet of Kharkiv children.

From fellow Rotarians from the Finnish club Lahti-Wesijärvi Rotaryklubi, Rotary HUB received several pallets with vitamins. This is a 30-day mineral-vitamin complex that will precisely protect the children's nervous system from external influences, normalize the levels of stress mediators. In addition, after some time, the substances will show their sedative effect - they will improve the brain processes of minors.
