Because the distance from Kharkiv to the Russian-Ukrainian border is about 30 kilometers. A year ago, Putin had high hopes for Kharkiv. It was supposed to look triumphant, but it turned out to be paradoxical. All the grandfather's plans for "rescuing the Russian-speakers" collapsed due to the fiercest resistance of the Russian-speakers.

And now we are being told that Russian units of subversive intelligence groups will try to enter the city for the second time.

Do they want to repeat? Ok, we are ready to burn another convoy of Russian vehicles on the approaches to our native city. After all, Kharkiv is strongly fortified by several rings of defense! Thousands of patriots of the city stand behind this: professional soldiers, conscripts and volunteers who became excellent soldiers in a matter of days during the war.

And the task of the Rotary HUB (Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" + Rotary club Kharkiv + Rotary Club Kharkiv Mriya + Kharkiv Rotary Club "Kharkiv-City") - to negotiate with donors, write grants, defend projects for strengthening provisions, ammunition, equipment and transport of native ground troops.
