Handed over a Finnish minivan for 0 UAH!
The war continues, but fortunately, it does not disrupt our charitable plans. Every day we try to find the strength and meaning to move on. And this week, two presidents of the Rotary Clubs, which manage Rotary HUB, went to Kyiv with a mission.
Pavlo Filippenko - president of Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" and Mykhailo Yermakov - president of Rotary club Kharkiv - handed over the keys to the Citroen van "with Finnish numbers" to the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
The car will help our policemen in their service. In addition to urgent issues within the capital, the Ministry needs the car to strengthen the program of mobile service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which work in de-occupied territories to provide people with state services (registration/re-registration of vehicles, exchange/renewal of driver's license, etc.).
They are also convinced that the minivan will help the guys from the assault brigades of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the formation of which began last week. We believe that this van will deliver humanitarian aid to volunteers from the "Offensive Guard".
So, on behalf of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, we thank the Rotarians from Finland, namely the Lahti-Wesijärvi Rotaryklubi club, the honorary member Eila Parviainen, as well as sisters and brothers from the district Rotary 1390 Finland, Rotary 9940 New Zealand and the Dutch from Ukrainalaisten Yhyddis Suomesa for the provided car!
Glory to Ukraine! Glory to Finland!
