Thanks to the Finns for the vitamins!

Namely, to the Rotary Finns from the club Lahti-Wesijärvi Rotaryklubi, who last week put the cars at the disposal of the Rotary Club of HUB. But there is such a sign among the people - "empty things are not given, because there will be no abundance." Therefore, it is not surprising that there were pallets with biologically active additives in the bodies of cars.

War is a constant "source" of mental and physical stress, which literally exhausts forces and forces the body to use up all its reserves, functioning at the limit of its capabilities. And if the quality of food does not allow you to replenish your reserves and get the necessary amount of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, then stress can quickly turn into depression.

Adults react differently to war, everyone has their own reserves of health, reserves of strength. What can't be said about children. From constant emotional upheavals, HYPOVITAMINOSIS - DIAGNOSIS OF Ukrainian MINORS.

We appreciate very much that the Lahti Rotary Club, in particular the active member Eila Parviainen, took personal control over the well-being and health of the children of Kharkiv.

And so our volunteers, under the close supervision of the sisters from the satellite club Rotary Satellite Club Kharkiv "New Level Universe", issued Finnish vitamins to football players of our city. The complex, enriched with irreplaceable mineral substances, will have a positive effect on the child's body - it will help to recover after exertion and promote muscle growth.

The war will end with the victory of Ukraine, but one must think about health even in difficult conditions. We are grateful for the vitamin supplements to the members of the Lahti-Wesijärvi Rotaryklubi club, as well as to our partners - the districts Rotary 1390 Finland and Rotary 9940 New Zealand and the Dutch people from Ukrainalaisten Yhdishus Suomesa.
