Weaving camouflage nets is painstaking manual work. After a few hours, the hands, neck, and back start to hurt. Accordingly, it is necessary to constantly support the body with full meals, and not with snacks such as an apple or nuts.

But it is good that we cooperate with the UN. Thanks to the humanitarian program of the World Food Program and volunteers from the Rotary Satellite Club Kharkiv "New Level Universe", 8 cans of canned meat, 1 bottle of oil, 1 can of canned beans, 6 packs of pasta, a 5 kg bag of flour have already fallen into one hand .

These products can be used to make a quick dinner. For example, stew soup with pasta or beans. If someone does not like broths, because there is only room in the heart for borscht, no problem. From this humanitarian dish, you can cook a second dish - pasta with beans in tomato sauce - a simple dish, but rich in vegetable protein, which is a decent substitute for animal protein.
