This is the thirteenth thanks speech for the "Finnish Stove" project!

From men who, because of Russia, forgot about the warmth in their own home. Some of them received the status of IDPs. The majority belong to the category of pensioners and all without exception have a "bouquet" of chronic diseases. Unfortunately, this is not the end of the pain that befell them.

But the most important thing is that such persons are the most difficult to find. Because they do not turn first and do not wait for help. This is not a show of pride. Rather, the peculiarities of upbringing and the presence of a belief that someone has an even bigger problem. However, sometimes the principle of survival goes beyond the normal and threatens existence.

The country does not need human troubles. That is why, since the beginning of the year, Rotary HUB has been implementing the "Finnish Stove" project and, through volunteers, is looking for households in which vulnerable Kharkiv residents live (displaced persons, residents of de-occupied villages, disabled people, low-income families). They live and freeze.

The goal of the project: to provide 648 houses with compact stoves with a long burning mode and a place for cooking or drying shoes. In addition, the beneficiaries receive instructions, matches and dry alcohol for kindling - this allows them not to stress during the first commissioning of the stove.

The action is carried out jointly with the non-profit association Omri ry - Pro Ukraina. We are very grateful to the director - Mr. Tapio, who agreed on the production of bourjuykas in the shortest possible time.
