Russian rockets are "whacking" houses, and Dobrobat volunteers are working on restoration.
A year ago, our past president Pavlo Filippenko was elected to the post of head of the volunteer construction battalion Dobrobat in Kharkiv region.
And now, for 1.5 years, the volunteers of the movement have focused on the primary reconstruction of the damaged civil infrastructure. The main task is "fast recovery", i.e. fast recovery: covering the destroyed roof, repairing broken windows, building damaged walls. Thus, save as many objects as possible from the appearance of mold/mildew/fungus caused by an increased level of moisture (a characteristic phenomenon in the autumn-winter season).
This week, Dmytro Ivanov, the CEO of the Dobrobat movement, visited our indomitable city. Together with Dmytro, journalists from the German news TV program Deutsche Welle came to Kharkiv.
In this composition, they visited the affected objects, where they met with mobile teams of volunteers. By the way, our teammate Serhii Sidorov works in one of these. About the consequences of "arrivals" and the format of help provided by the boys - in a short video story.
And finally, to encourage the supporters of Dobrobat, the executive director of the movement issued 20,000 mAh POWER BANKS to the volunteers so that they would ALWAYS BE IN CONNECTION. We sincerely thank Dmytro for the visit and gifts. We appreciate and continue to fight on our front!
P.S.: in the meantime RECRUITMENT OF VOLUNTEER BUILDERS CONTINUES.
