#TOGETHER in the finance room

Marathon "Together" is a project of comprehensive support and development of the charitable, Rotary community. Marathon "Together" is about entertainment for the sake of balance. Volunteers run between rooms and look for a sense of confidence in their tomorrow.

For example, yesterday - attended the #LifeCapital training, which was conducted by Serhiy Ivaglo - the coach of the Business Club "Partner".

"Life Capital" is an intellectual simulation game that simulates real life: with a profession, salary, expenses for children, loans in banks, investing in shares, buying apartments and bank accounts.

The participants of the 4th hour modeled 40 years of their financial lives.

Why? Because volunteers need to plan and set goals. And financial ones are no exception. Each of them runs their own mini-charity team or is the founder of a local charity foundation. And during yesterday's game, the participants touched on the issue of leadership.

TOP-3 pieces of wisdom that Serhiy tried to "put in his head":

Leadership is not only about being the first at the start. It's also about taking your team with you, helping them rise to their heights. So that the victory was shared, and everyone felt the fullness of it.
Leadership is protecting the team, thinking about opportunities and resources, as well as saying in time: "Stop, let's rest." In time, forbid taking on another project or responsibility.
Leadership is to see in time and say to the team: "Don't do like me. I can, I'm bulletproof and more prepared. I'll survive, you won't. So wait, I'll go next, or hide behind me, this is my fight .

In our opinion, it is better to make such realizations on simulators so as not to spend the rest of the days in lonely caves.
