We held a number of negotiations and collected 50 grocery sets!

During the war, the team of our Rotary HUB created a system that processes requests from volunteers and socially responsible groups, which in turn collect feedback from households in the Kharkiv Region. Such a chain allows more accurate data analysis and grouping by direction (for example, food or personal hygiene products). And as a result - to quickly determine and respond to the actual needs of families who suffered as a result of the armed invasion of the Russian Federation.

And last weekend, we worked fruitfully with volunteer #314 - Oleksandr. He delivered the products we collected to those in need in the Merefyansk community.

Fifty families from Yavovivka received the following products free of charge: wheat groats, assorted pasta, bread, stewed pork with spices.

Everyone is interested in how we determine the priority of assistance.

From what we have seen in 565 days of war - food and money are the most important. Why is everyone asking for financial support? Because they have lost their jobs, are old or belong to the disabled group, the head of the household is absent or, unfortunately, has died. Those who are left must survive: must find a way to pay rent, utilities, essential medications, etc.

And no matter how difficult the situation is, they will be happy for food, because there is not much food in war.
