A short story about the Rotary meeting!

The first Rotary Club was founded on February 23, 1905 in Chicago by attorney Paul Harris. The American wanted to introduce his clients to each other. He believed that by meeting at the club and sharing their business experience, entrepreneurs would be able to learn a lot from fellow businessmen and make new acquaintances.

Meetings were held in turn at each club member's place of business. For example, in a hotel lobby, if a Rotarian is a hotelier. Because of the regular change of location for communication, the club was called "Rotary".

Since the idea of business communication turned out to be quite attractive, the number of the club began to grow rapidly. Therefore, for convenience and saving time, weekly meetings began to be held in one place, at one time. This tradition has survived to this day.

Meetings of Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" are held every Tuesday from 19:00 to 21:00 in online format. The following issues were discussed yesterday:

- plans of the Rotary Membership Committee - Volodymyr Pogodaev reported
- the future board of the next president of the club, Ksenia Spiridonova
- the project "University of Friendship" - the idea of Volodymyr Osychnyuk
- "Everyone is important" conference for non-Rotarians - Serhiy Ivaglo shared
- and "for dessert" they listened to a performance by members of the London club Rotary In Stratford
