Friendship & Service

In fact, the Rotary movement is one of the subdivisions of the fifth power of the "world community". The symbolic gears of each club rotate with the goal of maintaining world order - creating friendship for effective service.

And no matter how strange it is, you need to study both the first and the second.

That's how the "head" of our clubmate Volodymyr Osychnyuk came up with the idea of opening a "Friendship&Service" university in order to remind the other 50+ members of Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" about the importance of maintaining a balance between the natural desire to benefit and the awareness of the duty to help others.

Format: 6-8 online lectures
Questions for discussion:
- what motivates people to befriend each other
- what is value in interpersonal relationships
- why observe the interlocutor's "boundaries".
- how to maintain friendly relations despite differences of opinion

Based on the results of the classes, a decision on scaling will be made. We are currently considering the possibility of offline meetings with Rotarians from all over Ukraine. We consider the Rotary Cherkasy Sky club, of which Volodymyr used to be a member, to be a potentially good place for communication.

Again, we are preparing something interesting, thereby saving the Ukrainian present!
