For charitable reasons, they came to Germany!

Because foreign service is an important skill, especially in wartime.

And we are very lucky to have such a president, Pavlo Filippenko, who does not rely on luck, but achieved and achieves everything himself - by walking.

So, this week Pavlo, together with his wife Valentina, volunteer Iryna, deputy of the Kharkiv Regional Council - Mr. Serhii, and deputy head of the Krasnograd OTG - Mrs. Natalya - visited the Schönwald commune, which is located in the southwest of Germany. That is, they covered 2,400 km in their own cars.

Why so much effort?

Here, in these parts, this incomparable five people had to hold a number of meetings with representatives of local authorities and Rotary clubs. They met, talked and wrote a plan for the implementation of the agreements reached.

It was also possible to implement a very significant project - to replenish the collection of libraries in Villingen-Schweningen and Freiburg with children's books written in Ukrainian. This became possible thanks to the Ukrainian children campaign - a Ukrainian book, which is implemented with the support of the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine.

And finally, we would like to celebrate two more classmates - Ms. Oksana and Ms. Iryna. Thanks to these Ukrainian women, who now live in Germany, our delegation made it everywhere.

This war week is coming to an end. But we are ready to meet a new one - for the sake of every Ukrainian!
