Rotary HUB (Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level", Rotary Club Kharkov Mriya, Rotary club Kharkiv, Kharkiv Rotary Club "Kharkov-City") is, first of all, an INTERNAL CLUB PROVEN POWER, and only then - an external volunteer organization for 600+ people .

Eugeny Chumak is an honorary New Level member, one of the founders of the new Rotary Club in Kharkiv (New Level 2021). But in 2022, his VOLUNTEER SKILLS really reached a NEW LEVEL. Eugeny voluntarily took one of the villages of the Zmiiv community under permanent patronage.

Zmiyiv district includes 58 villages that were and will be pro-Ukrainian! However, the neighboring Balaklia community was under occupation for 6 months. And that's why rockets were flying over Zmiiv, in particular Artyukhov, houses, as scheduled, and were held in "hedgehog mittens" by the locals.

There was hope from at least two sides - from the front for the Armed Forces, from the rear - for volunteers.

Today, club president Pavlo Filippenko handed over STRATEGIC PRODUCTS to the population of the community through Rotarian Eugeny. A bunch of "stock" products are already on the way: pasta, sunflower oil, beans, canned meat, etc.
