There was no crossing, but the LIBERATED VILLAGE was waiting for us!

During the counteroffensive, advancing towards the border with Russia, the Armed Forces freed another 1,165 people from the occupiers. Cherkasky Tyshki is one of the heroically de-occupied villages of the Kharkiv region.

There is enough photo/video evidence of the grief the ORKS have left behind on the web. And it is difficult to imagine that hundreds of people were under occupation for 200+ days, watched as native bridges, streets, yards, houses, shops were LOBBED, BLOWN UP, DESTROYED...

Therefore, after the permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the first and most important thing we - the volunteers of the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv - BRING HUMANITARIAN AID to our region!

Volunteer Yulia and her active Kharkiv Rotaract International team came to Rotary HUB (Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level", Rotary Club Kharkov Mriya, Rotary club Kharkiv, Kharkiv Rotary Club "Kharkov City"). They asked to help collect food for the residents of the de-occupied village.

Our team IMMEDIATELY DIVIDED bags of cereal, pallets of stew, several dozen cans of baby food, as well as many other scarce but vitally necessary products.

The boys and girls did not retreat when they saw the destroyed bridge. PEOPLE RECEIVED food #from_hand_to_hand in Cherkasky Tyshki. And so it will be throughout the territory of Ukraine! Because NATIVE UKRAINIANS LIVE HERE!

Glory to the Armed Forces of Ukraine! Glory to Ukraine!
