Grant Stew: Day 7

Just as the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been steadily recapturing Ukrainian villages, cities, and regions for 7 months, so our humanitarian HUB has been distributing stew in Kharkiv Oblast for 7 days. We do not despair, we do not frightened by chaotic shelling, we do not pay attention to fatigue. We have a duty: to prevent the emergence of a humanitarian crisis. Therefore, we are ready to defend the interests of our people before the most respected persons, in particular at the European level.

In August, Iryna Ivanova, a member of the New Level club, took part in the competition for sub-grants from the "Network of 100 Percent Life of Rivne", within the framework of the EU4CSOs Emergency Actions project. It was necessary to prepare and defend a presentation on the current volunteering activities of the HUB in order to receive reinforcements in the near future.

Ms. Iryna won the sub-grant competition and brought several dozen pallets of chicken stew to the humanitarian Rotary warehouse. Undemanding to storage conditions, this product is extremely valuable during the autumn-winter period. During the past week, 2,783 food kits were issued, in which a jar of grant stew was added.

During distribution, volunteers take several photos of Kharkiv residents as a souvenir. And we believe that these shots are the best way to thank the end user for charity partners. Smiling faces prove that foreign aid makes us stronger in a brutal war.
