Grant Stew: Day 5

F̶i̶v̶e̶ ̶m̶i̶n̶u̶t̶e̶s̶ ̶-̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶f̶l̶i̶g̶h̶t̶ ̶i̶s̶ ̶n̶o̶r̶m̶a̶l̶.̶ Fifth day - stew flight. And looking at the faces of the people of Kharkiv, we are convinced that everyone is completely satisfied with this development of events. On the 210th day of the war, as on the 10th, people take care of supplies. First, the cold season has come again. Secondly, Kharkiv is a front-line city. Thirdly, the stew tastes good to both adults and children.

During the 6 and a half months of operation of the HUB, there was always stewed meat in cans on the our territory. Sometimes partners from abroad transferred, then, understanding the demand, we announced a collection and made independent purchases. And at the end of August - they reached a new level. The Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" - the leading community of the Rotary Kharkiv Club, participated and won the sub-grant competition from the "Network of 100 Percent Life of Rivne" as part of the EU4CSOs Emergency Actions project.

Therefore, without changing the traditions, the seventh month began with stew. 618 volunteers are registered in the Rotary charity base. Each of them comes to HUB at least 1 time a week to receive a batch of complex, grocery sets. Our package can feed two adults and two children. But we also fulfill individual requests: assistance to large families, the disabled, and, of course, the armed forces.

Now the number of people in need of help has increased dramatically, because the Ukrainian army is actively returning our legal lands. So participation in contests, grant programs, international telebridges is an opportunity to strengthen one's own volunteer activity with the aim of expanding the number of regions under the head. Thanks to the European Union for their support!
