Indian summer in Cherkasy!

IN JUNE-AUGUST 2022, the classic RECOVERY of children in camps, campsites, camping grounds DID NOT TAKE PLACE. According to Anzhelika Krutova, Director of the Department of Education of HRMA, until February 24, about 230,000 school-age children lived in Kharkiv Oblast. Because of the war, approximately 130,000 children aged 6-17 left.

This means that ‼️130,000 stayed in the city and spent their vacation in the yard‼️. Or like our Rotary children - at volunteer warehouses, helping with packaging of products in order to go to the "charity distribution" as soon as possible.

The hot summer is over. And the warm, іndian summer has come! And the Rotary Club Rotary Cherkasy Sky, with which we joined forces in July, HAD AN IDEA to RECOVER ROTARY TEENAGERS in an interesting and safe way.

For 8 days, the kinders of the Rotary HUB went to a special suburban adaptation camp in Cherkasy to resettle. Last month, a team of adults from Rotary Club New Level already rested in these parts (thanks to Ksenia Masyukevich for the invitation). And now IT'S CHILDREN'S TIME!

We are very glad that we support, inspire, and also help not only others, but also ourselves!
