Armed Forces of Ukraine - released, Rotary - fed!

The village of Pidvysoke, which is located in Borivska settlement community, Izyum district, near the Oskil river. At the end of September, the Armed Forces of Ukraine raised the Ukrainian flag here. But the Russians left behind too much dirt, and therefore the local residents are still in anti-civilization conditions.

Water is collected in wells. Those who have their own transport and gasoline go to Izyum - from there you can call without interruption and buy a minimum supply of products at the local spontaneous market.

However, you can count such "independent upstarts" on the fingers of one hand. Therefore, most of the POPULATION SURVIVES thanks to OUTSIDE HELP. Rotarians were the first to bring humanitarian aid to Podvyske.

For Olga Kudynova - Rotary volunteer number 174 and her team, the HUB issued food kits from the UN World Food Program.

On the same day, they visited the DE-OCCUPIED PIDVYSOKE and distributed to people 12.5 kg boxes with the following foods inside: 5 cans of canned meat, 1 bottle of oil, 2 packs of pasta, 7.5 bags of rice.
