Yesterday, a delegation of the Patrol Chaplain visited Rotary HUB. This is a well-known public organization that provides spiritual and psychological support to law enforcement officers and human rights defenders.

A true chaplain adheres to a philosophy, serves, and performs dozens of tasks. But today the most urgent thing is to establish relations and close cooperation with the community.

With this in mind, Pavlo Filippenko - the president of the Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" and the head of the Dobrobat volunteer movement in Kharkiv, offered the CHAPLAINS TO JOIN and SPEED UP THE IMPLEMENTATION OF 3 PROJECTS:

1. Assistance to the military, in particular the involvement of financial and human resources for sewing thermal clothing and blankets
2. Creation of local points of force majeure assistance in de-occupied villages (location of washing machines, tanks with drinking water, diesel generators)
3. Increasing the number of construction battalions so that the #Kharkiv_Reconstruction_Army becomes massive and professional

We are very glad that we found an understanding with the Patrol Chaplain, who immediately AGREED TO DIVIDE DUTIES. Moreover, our organizations have already begun step-by-step implementation.

The boys STARTED THE SEARCH for volunteers who will work for the restoration of Kharkiv. Meanwhile, we are additionally informing donors to PROVIDE volunteers with TOOLS and BUILDING MATERIALS.
