Virtuality VS Reality

Social networks and the virtual world in general are a demo version of real life. No matter how hard we try to demonstrate "truthfulness", only 10% of the truth "reaches" to you, to society.

Day 1 of the Facebook feed of the Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" - one of the 4 Rotary clubs that manages Rotary HUB, looks like this:

3-4 posts + 5-6 donors/partner funds + 7-9 photos for the report
And it could be like this:
10+ posts + 15+ donors/partner funds + 550+ photos for the report

But we adhere to PROPORTIONATION on our WEB PAGE, because ‼️MAXIMUM EFFORT, energy, resources are put into REAL TIME‼️

Because we are still surrounded by people from Kharkiv who have been without communication, light, water, heat for 200+ days, with broken windows, twisted doors, a broken roof, etc. And publishing photos of tens of hundreds of broken fates is not always appropriate.

Of course. And what about the reports on the assistance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine? Very selective because public doesn't mean safe.

What about supporting animals? Be very careful, because they have turned from domestic to wild, and therefore establishing contact is a delicate matter.

Our posts are not about growing followers, increasing reach, 100,500 likes. We are not bloggers, we are philanthropists. And if there are not enough of us in virtuality, then we do everything so that there are too many of us in reality.
