"Everything belongs to the father" or how our satellite club in the south helps.

But before talking about the achievements of Rotary Club Pyvden' New Level in Belgorod-Dnistrovskyi, WHAT IS A SATELLITE CLUB in the Rotary world.

The concept of "Satellite Club" was developed in order to expand the Rotary community. That is, the local club recruits a small group of responsible people, sponsors, provides advice and support for charitable activities and gradually EDUCATES THE NEW CLUB. When membership reaches 20 or more, a meeting is held and a decision is made whether to remain a satellite or become an independent Rotary club.

At the moment, the Rotary Club Pyvden' New Level is 16 Ukrainians who multiply good in the Odessa region, and to be more precise, then:

1) Up to 3-4 times a week, homeless dogs and cats in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi are fed, treated, transported for sterilization (about 600 foster animals)
2) Help with food and hygiene products:
- to immigrants
- for the elderly, the disabled (for example, diapers)
- Armed Forces of Ukraine on the front line near Mykolaiv and Kherson
3) Soldiers are supplied with ammunition (in the spring they sewed first-aid kits, now, as needed, they sew plate carriers, tactical belts, etc.)
4) Help hospitals and nursing homes with medical preparations, and psychiatric hospitals with food and hygiene products
5) Perform point-by-point, but mega-cool projects:
- bought 10 refrigerators and 16 stoves, handed them over to the villages of the community
- a device for skin transplantation (dermatome) and VAC (to accelerate wound healing) were given to the hospital
- offer displaced persons and military personnel to take a rehabilitation massage course
- holding small "Saturdays" around the city, cleaning the most difficult areas
