Now the Greeks are not far from us!

Thanks to Ksenіia Spiridonova, our clubmate and the next president of Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" (for 2023-2024), who SIGNED A MEMORANDUM regarding cooperation with GREEK ROTARY CLUBS, namely:

From the Rotary Club of Kalamaria in the person of the president Chris Spanougakis, as well as Mixalis Apostolidis.

Why with these Greeks? Because Mr. Mixalis has been developing a CRM system for us since June (a centralized "hub" that will store all contact data, history of interactions/correspondence with those in need, patrons, donors). Another member of Rotary Club Kalamaria, Mr. Stratos Vlasakidis, arranged a useful introduction and technical reinforcement. As a sign of gratitude, Kseniіa presented a flag of Ukraine.

The purpose of the memorandum: to establish and document the rules for further joint work, to join forces for even greater service to society, in particular to Ukrainian society, because Ukraine has been suffering from genocide for 7 months.

Members of another Greek club - the Rotary Club of Panorama - were also present at the meeting. Kseniіa presented the Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" patriotic toy to its president - Miltos Tellidis. To show understanding and solidarity, Mr. Miltos gave us his club's pennant.

All processes were monitored by the governor of the Greek district - Mr. Ioannis Katsogiannis.

Ukraine is not alone in the war started by Russia! Kharkiv Rotary is not alone in the fight against the humanitarian crisis that has loomed over our city! We are infinitely grateful to the Rotarians from Greece, who warm us with their care from the south!
