Competent, charismatic, motivating people were invited to speak. Well, that is, people like our Serhiy Ivaglo.

Serhiy took on an important and necessary topic for public publicity: "Development and maintenance of the internal atmosphere in the club".

7 months ago, members of Ukrainian Rotary clubs felt that CHARITY reached a new level: THIS IS NOT AMATEURSHIP, which they used to do in their spare time. THIS IS PROFESSIONAL SERVICE, when hundreds of Rotary volunteers perform social work, write grants, and initiate charitable actions for 5 to 7 working days.

In fact, for 220+ days there is an ACTIVE UPDATE of the Rotary movement in Ukraine. And the MOOD WITHIN THE CLUBS remains extremely important. We are responsible to the world Rotary society for every word, for every deed, for every involved member. We are obliged to KEEP UNSELFISHNESS and continue the development of ethical, moral, friendly ties.

Everyone in the hall listened. But Serhiy's speech is not only about campaigning and motivation. Because before he says it, he will do it. And that's why there were many victories of Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" in the presentation. How we united with 3+ clubs of Kharkiv and started a humanitarian HUB. How do we create satellite communities in Kharkiv and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, for example a purely female one - Rotary Club Kharkiv Woman New Level.

Well, what is a report without insights? Serhiy Ivaglo offered to reflect on the creation of the "Friendship Academy", because #first_friend_and_then_servant.

Serhiy's favorite phrase: "Everything will be fine!".
His talent: to inspire those around him and to instill faith in the success of his plans.
