In the western-southern direction, our Pavlo Filippenko went with his wife Valentina, sons Arseniy and Hilarion, and daughter Aryna. The Filippenko family did not go on vacation or on an excursion. Because their life is an example of selfless service to their people, city, country in the vortex of daily struggle for truth and justice.

In Bucharest, the capital of Romania, our New Level residents did not talk about monuments and sights. No, definitely not in 2022. Rotary Club Kharkiv "New Level" met with Bucharest Rotarians Rotary Club București Cișmigiu with the aim of HONORING THE MEMORY OF THE VICTIMS OF THE WAR and exchanging ideas, CREATING A PLAN FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE LIVING.

From our side, as we have already mentioned, there was the Filippenko family in its entirety. While from the side of Romanian Rotarians - honorary members of their club, respected Paul Kmen, Carmen Proorocu, Sebastian Antonie and Gabriel Birsan.

The team of the New Level club is glad that our president had the opportunity to meet you! We express our gratitude to all members of the Rotary Club București Cișmigiu for their attention, care, and sensitivity to Ukraine and especially the city of Kharkiv. Touched by the projects you have completed, in particular regarding fundraising, provision of provisions, medicine and other humanitarian aid, organization of evacuation of children, elderly people, etc. We hope for close cooperation between our communities and your personal support!
